pac-man world re-pac - 6/10
complete left-field release but one i warmly enjoyed
what a sweet little romp. it's nothing groundbreaking or spectacular that'll blow you away, but i enjoyed it sufficiently enough to where i'd happily recommend it if you just want a nice little game where you play as a nice little guy to kill a few hours. i had this as a bedtime game, where i would play under three blankets with an electric blanket on beneath me, slowly lulling me into a warm, comfy daze whilst i ran around combing the levels for fruits. nothing ever presses you in this game in any real way, nothing is ever unfair or even really too much of a challenge in any particular way.
a simplistic little 2.5D platformer that felt like having microwave chicken nuggets. sure, it's arguably too easy, and i'm probably not the target audience, but i don't give a shit, i want easy and i wanna relax, dammit.
