shadow 05 shooters vindicated at last
the best the boost formula has been since unleashed, and it's not even a fucking contest. shadow controls like a dream, the level design isn't just blocks floating and is actually integrated into the environmental design, the music fucking rocks, the gameplay is tight as fuck especially with the new doom powers giving so much replayability, especially with how exploitable for speed doom spear is; it has seen use in so many tricks and shortcuts by now that i've integrated it into my playing in the same vain that i find it fun to use m/d-speed in unleashed.
and the story?
the story is so fucking amazing that it had a room full of six people fucking screaming and applauding when we wrapped up. that is how good it is.
if you even remotely have a passing, flickering flame for sonic, and especially shadow anywhere in your heart, then please, god, play this wonderful game.
i dare to say it, we are so back.
