it's good when it's not trying to get ideas above its station
decently fun little platformer. it's not really got much going on, i blazed through it in bed, sick as a dog, inside of around a half hour, and it was okay. a few levels and their moving platforms did make me want to grumble a bit (seriously, those conveyor-belt trucks seem to never line up when i get to them so i have to wait!), but otherwise, it's a largely inoffensive fun little time. definitely a nice little snack game - which is assuredly backed up by the price point. it's nothing special, but at the same time, it's such a good deal for the money if you just want a quick little retro-style platformer. it's really cute! the horror shit left me lukewarm but that's more a matter of me finding the "haunted demo disc" thing to be incredibly trite and eye-rolling. maybe there's tonnes of secret toree lore that enhances it. i wouldn't know nor do i have a desire to, frankly. #MYBAD
